Objectives : Creating and Approving the Work plan
Target Audience : The plan is to have this workshop delivery provided to few focal points per office and its delivery later cascaded to their colleagues.
However Focal Points at CLC will always be available for follow-up/consultation.
Note : The implementation of Inspira e-Performance (scheduled for April 2012) will coincide with the gradual phasing out of e-PAS.
This means that all staff will be using the new e-Performance module for recording their performance and development information, effective 1 April 2012, for the 2012-13 cycle onwards.
As such, e-PAS will no longer be available to create new documents.
